Objetive:
- We designed an app that will simplify and unify the clinical trial process for oncology research. By providing a central hub for all teams to connect and share information, we hope to accelerate progress and improve the chances of finding cures for cancer.

My tasks involved:
- Wireframing and creating pixel perfect designs.
- Prototyping.
- Meeting Stakeholders for reviews and continuos feedback during the process.
- Working hand in hand with developers.

Agile methologies/ Technologies:
Design Thinking & Daily Workgroups.
User Flows (starting point)
The first thing was to understand their current SaaS and research on how to improve the overall experience.
MVP + Mid Fidelity Wireframes
Minimim Viable Product features:
- Search for sites within the network.
- Plan a new project (with advanced filters).
- Save projects.
- Switch between map, dashboard and table views.
- Simple results filtering.
- Receive alerts and notifications.

After a better understanding of the whole picture, we started exploring new and better ways of creating a user experience based on stakeholders feedback and needs. Wireframing is an easy way to quickly deliver new design ideas and verify if we are on the right track.
Moving to final pixel perfect designs:
After several testing reviews with stakeholders and design iterations, we got to the perfect solution so we moved on to designing the final mockups. We worked in line with the brands Design System and created new components when new components were needed.
